Our Story

Built by People Who Know This Work

The team behind CaseManagement.ai brings 15+ years of case management and human services experience — supporting 30,000+ individuals across 30+ U.S. states. HIPAA-compliant.

CaseManagement.ai exists because the people doing the most important work in human services — across every setting, every population, every funding stream — were drowning in paperwork. And the technology meant to help them was making it worse.

We started with IDD. We understood those workflows, those compliance requirements, those documentation burdens better than anyone. And what we found was that the problem wasn't unique to IDD. Child welfare case managers stayed late finishing contact notes. Housing navigators kept spreadsheets instead of case records. Aging services coordinators spent more time on paperwork than with clients. Veterans case managers juggled systems that didn't talk to each other.

The problem was the same everywhere: too much documentation, not enough time for people. CaseManagement.ai is the fix — for all of them.

People First

Every feature decision starts with one question: does this help case managers help individuals? If it doesn't make the work better for the person doing it, it doesn't ship.

Built With, Not For

We design with case managers, supervisors, and DSPs through active feedback loops with the provider organizations using the platform. The people doing the work shape the product — not the other way around.

Trusted by Default

HIPAA compliance, 42 CFR Part 2 support, and state-specific documentation requirements are the foundation — not add-on features. Every organization gets a BAA executed before go-live.
